Warfare hit hard. It’s one of the most authentic war movies I’ve ever seen—on par with Saving Private Ryan and Black Hawk Down in terms of suspense. It’s stripped of flashy visuals and focuses instead on raw, boots-on-the-ground realism. The movie is set in 2006 and follows a group of young Navy SEALs, and everything from their gear to their emotions feels real. That opening scene alone is one of the best I’ve seen in years. It’s tense, grounded, and intense as hell.
